Recently, the 2025 “Little Performers” Music Contest was held on the bank of Dushu Lake in SIP, where the participating children and teenagers from around Suzhou showcased their talents and potential in music.

New Era Group, a developer and operator of cultural, sports and recreational projects in SIP, started to sponsor the “Little Performers” Music Contest on a yearly basis in 2021, aiming to light up the path for 4- to 17-year-olds with musical dreams to step toward world-class stages.

The group is fostering an all-around, multi-level service system to provide juveniles with platforms to achieve better growth through arts and sports.

Specifically, the group runs a training brand which provides courses such as those on dancing, painting and calligraphy, and one offering training on the sports of swimming, badminton, table tennis, tennis, football, basketball, taekwondo, equestrianism, rock climbing, roller skating and golf.
